Mark Meadows breaks silence on Trump's attacks on Elijah Cummings

In a statement to CNN contributor Rick Santorum, Republican Rep. Mark Meadows defended both Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings and President Donald Trump in the wake of Trump's attacks on Cummings and his Baltimore district by saying that "neither is a racist."
