WIN’s Gordon ‘unaware’ of ownership breach

Richlister Bruce Gordon breached media control and diversity rules when he increased his stake in Prime Media this year, but the telco watchdog accepts the WIN Corp owner didn't do it deliberately or try to influence WIN's rival broadcaster.
